Damien Vizcarra

Damien Vizcarra is an experienced industrial designer and educator with a robust background in product design and strategy. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at ArtCenter College of Design since January 2016, Damien instructs in the undergraduate Product Design Department. Prior to this role, Damien was a Principal at Samsung Electronics from September 2017 to April 2023, where leadership of industrial design, user experience, and strategy teams facilitated the creation of innovative product experiences across various technology sectors. Damien's tenure at Continuum spanned from January 2003 to February 2017, advancing from Senior Designer roles in both Los Angeles and Shanghai to Principal in Los Angeles, where strong integration of physical and digital design was emphasized. An educational foundation was established at ArtCenter College of Design, earning a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Product Design from 2000 to 2003.
