Naji Gebara

Naji Gebara serves as the CEO of PGF Technology Group, a Michigan-based manufacturer specializing in Printed Circuit Boards and cable and harness assembly, since 1986. Under Naji's leadership, the company has experienced significant operational improvements, including a near 50% increase in production efficiency, driven by strategic management revamps and the recruitment of key senior managers. Naji possesses strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills, alongside comprehensive knowledge of financial responsibilities and business operations. Additionally, Naji has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Lawrence Technological University since 2009, teaching in the Graduate and Doctorate Program in the Engineering Department. Naji earned a Doctor of Engineering (Ph.D.) in Manufacturing Systems from Lawrence Technological University between 1988 and 2006.
