Leslie McCarley

Leslie McCarley is a Trustee at the Art Gallery of Ontario. Prior to their current position, they served as Philanthropy and Campaigns at the Perimeter Institute from January 2018 to January 2020. Leslie also served as Vice President, Development, Canada at Heart & Stroke from May 2014 to December 2018, where they were responsible for raising $30M annually. Prior to that, they were the Director of Development at the University of Toronto from January 2009 to December 2014.

Leslie McCarley has a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Western Michigan University in the field of Public Administration. Leslie also has a Certificate In Fundraising Management (CFRM) from Indiana University's Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) is from Albion College in Communications with a Minor in Mass Communications. Leslie also has certification from the Mentor Collective in Mentorship Certification, Niagara Institute in Leadership Development Program (LDP), Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in Certificate in Fundraising Management (CFRM), and Josephson Institute of Ethics in Character Counts!.
