Warren Wilson has an extensive work history in facility services, primarily with the Art Gallery of Ontario. Warren started their career as a Maintenance Worker I in 1989 and worked their way up to Director of Facility Services, a position they currently hold. Prior to their current role, they served as Deputy Director, Manager, and Assistant Manager in the facility services department. Warren also has experience in the entertainment industry, working as an Improviser, Actor, and Producer for Independent Entertainment Professional. Additionally, they served as an Instructor in improvisation at The Second City from 2000 to 2005.
Warren Wilson has studied Strategic Resilience and Mindfulness at Queens Smith School of Business. They have also earned a certification in Neurolinguistic Programming from NLP Centres Canada. In addition, Warren has pursued General Studies at the University of Calgary. They have also obtained certifications in AODA Front Line Customer Service Training from the Art Gallery of Ontario, Health & Safety level 2 Certification from ESAO, Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from ADET Inc., and Working at Heights from the Public Services Health & Safety Association.
