Adam Chawansky

Virtual Campus Math Department Chair at Art of Problem Solving

Adam is reserved yet adventurous. His zen-like flexibility has been honed through a decade of teaching middle school. Over the years, he helped bring standards-based grading, restorative justice, data-driven decision-making, and a new curriculum to his 6-12 school in Brooklyn. During COVID, other teachers turned to him seeking best practices around shifting to remote instruction and SEL resources.
