Kęstutis Skridaila is a researcher and R&D projects coordinator at ART21. Kęstutis has also been freelance and self-employed, conducting research and development in the field of environmental engineering, waste recycling, and biogas. From April 2019 to September 2019, they served as a project manager at Arginta, where they prepared and coordinated tender documents for the reconstruction, construction, and installation of wastewater treatment and water treatment plants. From August 2018 to November 2018, they interned at Modus Group, where they worked on developing biogas/waste heat projects. From January 2011 to April 2019, they worked as a field engineer/project engineer at Fugro.

Kęstutis Skridaila has a Master’s Degree in Faculty of Environmental Engineering from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Kęstutis also has a degree in Hazardous Materials Management and Waste Technology/Technician from Luleå University of Technology. Furthermore, Kęstutis Skridaila has an Erasmus study from Fachhochschule Nordhausen. Kęstutis also has various certifications such as Managing Safely in Fugro, Auditoren Update- Training, Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme, and Kęstutis Skridaila from Swan Fire Ltd.

Kęstutis Skridaila reports to Lina Usvaltienė, CEO. They are on a team with Linas Didžiulevičius - Product Manager, Augustas Alešiūnas - Founder, and Donatas Rimša - Product Manager.
