Victoria Wong

Victoria Wong is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Arta Finance since December 2023. Prior to this role, Victoria held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Upstart from November 2015 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing the product and regulatory team that provided legal support for a range of consumer regulatory products and initiatives. Victoria’s career also includes roles as Associate General Counsel at Twitter from June 2014 to October 2015, and as Corporate Counsel at Tapjoy from December 2011 to June 2014. Victoria holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BS in Pharmacological Chemistry from UC San Diego.
