Ronald Fok

Ronald Fok has extensive experience in investment management and trading. Ronald currently serves as the Head of Investment & Managing Partner at ARTA TechFin Corporation Limited, where they are responsible for managing the investment management and public market business. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Chief Investment Officer at Golden Kingsman Capital Limited. Ronald also held the position of Chief Investment Officer at Prosperous Future Holdings Limited, where they managed the investment management, securities trading, and asset management businesses. Earlier in their career, Ronald worked at UBS in various roles, including Executive Director in Greater China Wealth Management and Head of Cross Regional Exotics, Equity Derivatives Trading in Asia. Ronald has extensive expertise in equity derivatives trading, risk management, and developing investment strategies.

Ronald Fok started their education journey in 1996 at the University of Oxford, where they pursued a degree in Engineering and Computing Science. Ronald completed their studies in 2000 and obtained an MEng degree. In 2009, Ronald enrolled at The Chinese University of Hong Kong to pursue an Executive MBA, which they completed in 2011.

In 2021, Ronald Fok began studying at The University of Law to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law. Ronald is expected to graduate in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Ronald has obtained various certifications. In 2013, they achieved the Wine Tasting Level 3 certification from the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust). More recently, they completed the Harvard VPAL Fintech Course offered by Harvard Business School in September 2022. Ronald also obtained certifications such as Powerboat Handling Level 2 from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), Learn Python 3 Course from Codecademy, Dinghy Level 1 & 2 from the Hong Kong Sailing Federation, and Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate Level 2 from the Hong Kong Government in 2021 and 2020 respectively.
