Don Emerson

As the COO, Don Emerson provides leadership in delivering operational excellence and driving our growth strategy into new markets while maintaining a focus and commitment to service delivery within our core line of business. His expertise and experience include supporting agencies across DoD, federal and state government as well as commercial and non-profits.

He brings over 30 years of experience in the areas of program management, strategic planning, IT services and business development. He has previously served in positions such as Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer for large and small companies including CACI and DOMA Technologies.

Don is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and served 20 years as a Naval Flight Officer in the A-6 and F-14 community, making numerous battlegroup deployments. He received his MS in Systems Management degree from the University of Denver.
