Hamel Sthankiya

Hamel Sthankiya is an experienced investment compliance and risk management professional with a career spanning over a decade in prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Investment Oversight Manager at Artemis Investment Management since August 2015, Hamel has established the first line of defense controls team and supports the management of the risk and controls framework. Previous roles include Operational Risk Analyst at Vanguard, Senior Investment Compliance Analyst, and Compliance Associate at Fidelity Worldwide Investment and BlackRock, where responsibilities ranged from thematic risk assessments and compliance monitoring to violation investigations.
