Kristen Bennett

Kristen Bennett has a strong background in healthcare asset management and portfolio management. Kristen is currently the Vice President of Healthcare Asset Management at Artemis Real Estate Partners. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management at Santerre Health Investors from 2018 to 2023. Additionally, Kristen has experience as the Senior Vice President - Portfolio Management, Wellness Infrastructure at DigitalBridge and Colony Capital, Inc. from 2018 to 2022 and 2018 to 2021, respectively. Kristen also served as the Vice President of Human Capital & Asset/Risk Management and Vice President of Asset Management at Greenfield Senior Living Inc. from 2011 to 2018. Kristen started their career at Emeritus Senior Living as a Regional Director of Operations from 1998 to 2011. Overall, they have extensive experience in asset management, portfolio management, and operations in the healthcare industry.
