Gavin Gonsalves

Gavin Gonsalves has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Gavin initially worked at HSBC as a Staff Officer and later became a Manager of Finance. Gavin then moved to Dubai Islamic Bank, where they served as a Financial Controller. After that, they joined Mondelēz International, where they held various positions, including Project Leader for Continuous Improvement and Waste Reduction Lead for Confectionery in North America. Gavin later joined Weston Foods as a Senior Portfolio Manager and eventually became the Director of Category Finance. Currently, Gavin is working at Arterra Wines Canada, where they have held roles such as Director of National Portfolio Management, Director of Marketing Finance, and currently, as the Director of Revenue Management & Marketing Finance.

Gavin Gonsalves completed an MBA in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration from 2002 to 2006. Gavin also obtained a Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In addition, Gavin has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Global Productivity Solutions, obtained in 2012.
