Divya Hariharan

Divya Hariharan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, program management, and gender equality initiatives. Currently serving as the Impact Research Lead at ImpactMapper and a Research Advisor at Arthan, Divya has previously held key roles including Program Manager for Provincial Initiatives at the Immigrant Employment Council of BC and Consultant with Kore Global, focusing on impact measurement and strategic research across various high-profile projects. With additional consulting experience at Stanford University's Global Center for Gender Equality, Divya has contributed to multiple initiatives aimed at women's entrepreneurship and gender-based violence. Divya holds a Master of Science in Gender from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Political Science from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
