Allen Johnson

Allen Johnson is a seasoned industrial engineer with extensive experience in lean manufacturing and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Arthrex since June 2019, Allen previously held roles at Contec Americas Inc. and Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division, where leadership and training responsibilities were emphasized. Allen's career also includes significant contributions at Electrolux, as an EMS Lean Leader, and DENSO, where an advanced lean strategy was developed and implemented. Allen began the industrial engineering journey at Collins & Aikman and Tennex Industries after earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
