Melissa Grening

Melissa Grening is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing operations, analytics, and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Communications Operations at Arthrex since November 2019, Melissa also holds the title of Business Analyst III. As a Co-Owner of Anchor Tree Service Inc. since October 2007, additional roles have included significant positions at Blackbaud, Teradata, Aprimo, and HealthMedia, where achievements include winning multiple marketing excellence awards and driving substantial revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Melissa’s educational foundation is a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
