Ayesha A.

Ayesha A. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Advocacy Engagement Manager at the Arthritis Foundation since April 2023. Previous roles include Co-Owner and Dance Coach at Velocity Dance from 2018 to June 2024, where Ayesha coached various age groups in pom, jazz, hip-hop, and acrobatics. Ayesha has contributed to political organizations such as the Democratic National Committee as a Development Assistant from December 2021 to April 2023, and EMILY's List as a Major Gifts Intern in late 2021. Ayesha also served as a Chapter Leadership Consultant for CHAARG and worked as an Events Associates Intern at CSI DMC. Early in career development, Ayesha was a daycare teacher at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church and School, supervising and assisting in educational activities for children. Ayesha holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Christopher Newport University.
