Dina Gordon

Executive Director, Maryland at ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION INC

Dina Gordon has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector and has held various leadership positions. Most recently, they served as the Executive Director of the Maryland chapter at the Arthritis Foundation, where they successfully implemented strategies to support individuals with arthritis in the community. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director for Delaware, Maryland, Virginia & District of Columbia at the American Lung Association, overseeing fundraising campaigns and managing a team. Dina also served as the Deputy Secretary at the Maryland Department of Aging, where they administered programs for senior citizens. Dina has held executive director positions at the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America and the Foundation Fighting Blindness, where they were responsible for implementing the organizations' missions and cultivating community partnerships. Dina's earlier roles include events management positions at Enterprise Community Partners and National Jewish Health. Dina began their career at the University of Maryland, serving as the Panhellenic President.

Dina Gordon obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services at Bowling Green State University, where they attended from 1995 to 1997.
