Vandana Suresh

Vandana Suresh, PhD, is an accomplished science communication professional currently serving as the Science Content Manager at the Arthritis Foundation since May 2023. Prior to this role, Vandana worked as a Science Copywriter at Houston Methodist from November 2021 to May 2023 and as a Senior Science Writer at Texas A&M University College of Engineering from October 2019 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a Basic Sciences Communication Intern at Johns Hopkins Medicine in 2019. Academically, Vandana holds a Master's degree in Science and Technology Journalism from Texas A&M University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from the University of Southern California, a Master's degree in Physics and Astronomy, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai.
