Cheryl Probert

Cheryl Probert is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead for Canada at Gallagher, Cheryl also founded Big Sky HR Consulting. Previous roles include Manager of Talent Acquisition at Aon and Advisor of Talent Acquisition at ATCO Group, where Cheryl played a key role in restructuring efforts. Additionally, Cheryl managed human resources during maternity leave coverage at Canada ICI Capital Corporation. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Language & Literature from Mount Allison University and has completed an Intercultural Competencies for Leaders Certificate Program at Bow Valley College, focusing on enhancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
