Thibaud Selegny

Thibaud Selegny has over 15 years of experience in real estate consulting, currently serving as a Consultant en Immobilier d'Entreprise at Arthur Loyd since June 2010. In this role, Thibaud provides advisory services to corporate clients on real estate challenges, including the search for premises, site consolidation, lease renegotiations, subleasing, and identifying successors. Additionally, Thibaud advises property owners and investors on asset valuation, marketing strategies, and the leasing and sale of commercial properties. Previously, Thibaud worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate from 1998 to 2006 in the same consulting capacity. Thibaud holds a DESS in Droit Notarial from Université de Rouen and has attended the Centre de Formation Professionnelle Notariale de Paris.
