Helen Dodd is a seasoned professional in human resources and operational management, currently serving as the Head of People at Arthur since October 2020. Arthur, a dynamic player in the PropTech sector based in Chalk Farm, is recognized for its cloud-based software solutions for Property Managers and is expanding globally following its acquisition by Aareon. Prior to this role, Helen co-founded Cure Candles while also holding positions such as Office & HR Manager at talent.io and Cure Candles, and Associate Director at JCP Estate Agents. Helen's career began with roles such as Booker & Stylist at The Photo Studio and Assistant Manager at Apres Bar. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies and Media and Cultural Studies from the University of the West of England.
