Molly McFadden

Molly McFadden started their work experience as a US Public Investments Intern at Värde Partners in 2017. Molly then served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS in 2018, followed by an Investment Banking Analyst role at UBS in 2019. In 2020, Molly joined Arthur Ventures as an Associate, and later progressed to the role of Vice President in 2023.

Molly McFadden completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance, Managing for Social Impact at Boston College from 2015-2019. Molly also studied abroad at Loyola University Chicago in 2018 and took a gap year at Universitat de Barcelona in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Visitation School from 2010-2014.
