Erika Wiviott

Erika Wiviott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic initiatives across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Initiatives at Articulate since January 2022, Erika oversees key growth initiatives and focuses on aligning management operations with organizational goals. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Articulate, where Erika excelled in cross-functional program development, project management, and team leadership. Prior to Articulate, Erika held positions such as Account Director for Microsoft Xbox at BeCore Experiential Marketing Agency, Senior Producer at the Los Angeles Times, and Founder of 51 Events. Erika holds an Executive MBA from Loyola Marymount University and a BA in Communication from the University of California, Davis.
