Iryna Plygunova

Iryna Plygunova has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2002 with Golden Gate Business as an Employee Service & Administrative Manager. In 2005, they moved to Aricent Ukraine (formerly Flextronics Design Ukraine) as Deputy Head of HR, where they were responsible for improving and managing the recruitment process, as well as developing and managing the Employees' Performance Review process. In 2008, Iryna joined INNOWARE as Head of HR, where they improved and managed the recruitment process, revised training and development plans based on newly developed position profiles, and developed and managed the Performance Appraisal process. From 2009 to 2011, Iryna was HR Director at Universalna, where they were responsible for developing and introducing the grading system, salary ranges, KPIs, variable payment system, automating the recruitment process, and managing new employees' adaptation. Finally, from 2011 to 2012, Iryna was Head of People Development at GlobalLogic. In 2012, they joined Lanteria as a Project Manager.

Iryna Plygunova attended Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages from 1988 to 1993, Turan University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Specialist degree in international economics, HR School at KMBS from 2005 to 2006, and School of Business Training Art in 2009, where they earned a Certified Trainer degree.
