She has built ultra-high-performing teams with large and small companies and startups in six countries, including London, Montreal, Rotterdam, Trinidad, Barbados, and San Francisco.

She is firmly convinced that the value in HR is not the drudgery of administration but rather strategic and is one of the critical pillars of an organization's competitive advantage.
