Yemi Fadipe is an accomplished food safety and quality management professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Head of Technical at Artisan du Chocolat Ltd since November 2023, Yemi previously held several key positions including Technical Manager for Confectionery and Meal Solutions at Sainsbury's, where responsibilities included ensuring product quality and managing safety standards. Yemi has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing food safety and quality management systems, achieving BRC certification at Staple Food Group Ltd, and overseeing compliance with regulatory standards at Premier Foods. Yemi's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Global Public Health Nutrition from the University of Westminster, an International Food Law Certificate from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology with First Class Honours from the Federal University of Technology Akure.
