Becky Dalton

Dalton Becky is the Founder and Managing Partner of Artisanal Talent, where leadership in Go-To-Market practices focuses on recruiting C-level executives such as CROs, CMOs, and Presidents/COOs for innovative growth-stage B2B SaaS companies since January 2018. In addition, Dalton serves as a Venture Partner at Artisanal Ventures since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Director at SPMB Executive Search from 2014 to 2018, where clients included major companies like DocuSign, Box, and Amazon, and an earlier position as Associate in Database Sales at Oracle from 2012 to 2014. Dalton holds a BA in Economics and History from the University of Colorado Boulder.
