Timothy (Trapper) Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2023, they worked as a Special Project Coordinator at tap. Previously, they were an Editing Intern at Dirt Merchants Film Studios from April 2021 to June 2021, where they gained experience in post-production work including color corrections, sound design, and editing. From October 2018 to August 2019, they worked as a Photographer/Sales Associate at Magic Memories, specializing in Boston Red Sox/Fenway Park fan and tour photography. Prior to that, they served as a Camp Joslin Photographer at Barton Center from June 2016 to August 2018, managing the photo website and capturing campers' daily activities. Additionally, they had brief experiences as an Alumni Job Shadow at NBCUniversal in January 2018 and as part of the PC in Hollywood program at Providence College in January 2016.

Timothy (Trapper) Phillips pursued their education from 2014 to 2018 at Providence College. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Film. Following their undergraduate studies, Timothy enrolled at Loyola Marymount University in 2019 to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree in TV and Film Production, with a specialization in Editing. Timothy (Trapper) successfully completed their Master's program in May 2022, obtaining the degree of Master of Fine Arts from Loyola Marymount University.
