Sunny Chang

Sunny Chang has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Sunny is currently working at Artiva Biotherapeutics as the Senior Director, Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as the Director, Corporate Transactions. Before joining Artiva Biotherapeutics, Sunny worked at Cooley LLP as an Associate from November 2014 to February 2021. Sunny also worked as a Summer Associate at Cooley LLP in 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a Judicial Extern at Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Cole in 2012. Sunny started their career as a Research Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2008.

Sunny Chang earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology from Amherst College, completing the program between the years 2003 and 2007. Following this, Sunny went on to study at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. In the same year, Sunny also pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biomedical Sciences at Tufts University School of Medicine.
