Jacob Amorelli

Jacob “Jake” Amorelli is the social media editor for ARTnews and Art in America. He joined Art Media in 2022 and runs the social presence of both magazines across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Previously, Jake has worked in multimedia content creation, curation, and production for both social and digital channels across different brands, including, but not limited to, TEDx (TED Talks), PBS (WNET: New York Public Media), and Full Picture Productions. Beyond this scope, he has years of experience as a videographer, journalist, and video editor for the GW Hatchet, creating interactive short-form multimedia content covering current events across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Jake received a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications, with a double minor in Fine Arts and Art History, from George Washington University. He is currently based in Brooklyn, New York, and quite likes it there.
