Heidi Mayhew

Heidi Mayhew is a seasoned operations manager currently serving as the Senior Manager for Operations for London and South East at Arts Council England since June 2016. In this role, Heidi coordinates business processes at an Area level, focusing on corporate planning, performance reporting, risk management, and budgeting, while managing business flow to ensure alignment with national frameworks. Prior to this position, Heidi held various roles at the British Heart Foundation from 2007 to 2016, including Operations Manager for the Healthcare and Innovation Department, Project and Innovations Manager, and Senior Project Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as Business Development & Marketing Coordinator at Appleyards Ltd and holding positions as Assistant Designer and Senior Colourist at Marks and Spencer. Heidi Mayhew earned a BA Hons in Art and Design History from Middlesex University and completed A levels at Barnet College and Fortismere Secondary and 6th Form.
