Kerri Drozd

Kerri Drozd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kerri began their career as a Guest Experience Coordinator at Brew House Association, a nonprofit art gallery and artist network. Kerri then joined the American Red Cross as the Head of Marketing for the Southwest Pennsylvania regional chapter where they developed and implemented marketing and communications strategies. After that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Grimm & Grove Communications, where they provided guidance on go-to-market and digital strategies for various clients.

In 2008, Kerri joined Aramark, a global B2B2C retail and service operations company. During their time there, they held roles such as Manager of Insights & Knowledge Sharing, Manager of Strategic Development, and Senior Manager of Strategic Development and Customer Insights. Kerri was responsible for driving customer-centric culture, developing growth strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer experience and employee effectiveness.

In 2013, Kerri joined KPMG US as a Senior Associate in Management Consulting - Customer Advisory. Kerri progressed to the roles of Manager and Global Lead Director, where they worked with leading global brands on customer strategy, experience design, and digital transformation.

Kerri's most recent work experience includes serving as a Vice President and Senior Vice President of Strategy at Hero Digital. Kerri established a digital business strategy practice, collaborated with colleagues and clients, and led initiatives to create differentiated and digitally-enabled customer experiences.

Currently, Kerri is working independently as a Strategy Executive Advisor, providing strategic guidance and advice to organizations. Kerri is also a member of the Strategic Planning Committee at ArtsQuest, where they contribute to the organization's strategic planning initiatives.

Kerri Drozd attended Pleasant Valley school, but their start year and end year are not provided. Kerri then went on to the University of Pittsburgh where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2020, they obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
