Adam Chau

Adam Chau is an experienced arts professional with a strong background in exhibition management and programming. Currently serving as the Director of Exhibitions at ArtsWestchester since July 2021, Adam oversees a 5,000 sq ft gallery that showcases contemporary art and facilitates discussions on social issues through art. Prior roles include Museum Manager at Hudson Valley MOCA, where Adam managed museum operations, and Exhibition Manager at Clay Art Center, curating eight exhibitions annually and overseeing educational programming for adult students. Adam's earlier experience includes roles at Atelier Ted Noten and Maine FabLab, focusing on design and digital manufacturing. Educational credentials include a Master of Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, a Post-Baccalaureate in Ceramic Arts from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Maine College of Art & Design.
