Erin O'Loughlin

Erin O'Loughlin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erin is currently employed as a Senior UX Writer at Artsy since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Babbel from March 2019 to November 2021, where they led a small UX writing team and collaborated with various departments to enhance the customer journey. Erin also served as a Fiction Editor at The Wild Word magazine from March 2016 to October 2021, curating and editing fiction submissions. During their freelance career, which started in 2005 and ended in February 2019, Erin worked as a Copywriter, Translator, Proofreader, and Editor for clients in different fields. At Experientia, from 2008 to 2018, they held the roles of Writer & Communications Manager and Writer and Editor, responsible for managing and creating communications materials and leading projects. Erin also gained experience as a Copy-reader and proofreader at Scribendi from 2006 to 2007. Inagawa Board of Education in Japan employed Erin as an Assistant English Teacher from 2003 to 2005, where they also assisted with proofreading and curriculum development. Additionally, they served as a Project Officer at the Central Highlands Area Consultative Committee (CHACC Inc.) from March 2002 to March 2003, managing events and creating various documents.
