Hasbi Tawa

Hasbi Tawa is an experienced Operations Area Manager at Aruna since December 2020, responsible for achieving KPI targets related to business growth, system implementation, and community development while overseeing operational activities in the region. Prior to this role, Hasbi contributed to Local Heroes by supporting area management and organizing operational teams, as well as participating in documentation and process improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes short-term roles as a Surveyor for Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Riau and an Enumerator at BPSPL Padang, where data collection for marine life was conducted. Additionally, Hasbi worked as a Turtle Conservationist, focusing on conservation techniques for sea turtles in West Java. Hasbi holds a degree in Marine Science from The University of Riau.
