Rince Meilin Siahaan

Rince Meilin Siahaan is a Community Development Officer at Aruna, leading initiatives to empower coastal communities in East Kalimantan since June 2021. Previously, Rince held various community-focused roles, including Community Program Specialist and Community Development Support, facilitating collaboration with local authorities and organizations. Experience includes an enumerator position at PT EOS Consultants, an internship with the Dinas Kelautan & Perikanan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, and participation in water quality tests at the Laboratorium Kualitas Air and the Laboratorium Hidro-Oseanografi Universitas Mulawarman. Rince holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences from Universitas Mulawarman and has furthered education at Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
