Christopher E. Maruyama

Christopher Maruyama brings over manages the administration and oversight of federally funded housing and community development programs and activities. He oversees funded residential, historical, institutional and governmental rehabilitation and new construction projects. He ensures compliance with state and federal housing regulations, including Section 504, Section 3, MBE/WBE recruitment, and Davis-Bacon labor standards. He has experience assessing the development potential of undeveloped land, construction cost estimating, market valuation, managing subdivision and site development processes, and overseeing infrastructure and building construction.
