Steffen Langlete

Steffen Langlete has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles.

Starting in 2011, Langlete worked at Wilhelmsen group as a Supply Chain Management & Logistics professional, where they were responsible for the global supply chain for YarWil, a joint venture between Yara and Wilhelmsen. Steffen managed the supply chain for Yarwil, generating approximately USD 10 million per annum and overseeing the movement of 40,000 MT of urea.

In 2015, Langlete transitioned to the role of Product Manager - Digital Transformation at Wilhelmsen group. In this position, they held global responsibility for introducing new digital products and services, as well as new business models and ventures within the ships agency and port agency business. Steffen also took the lead on several projects, working with consultants from Making Waves, Capgemini, and Deloitte.

In 2017, Langlete co-founded Simplifai, a Nordic technology and consulting company focused on SaaS-products utilizing chatbots, AI, machine learning, and RPA. As a co-founder, partner, and board member, they played a key role in building the company, which was venture capital-backed and had approximately 45 employees in Norway and India.

In 2019, Langlete joined NorthTech AS as a Managing Director. At NorthTech, they specialized in business development, software development, and venture building. Steffen also served as a strategic advisor at Heron Advisory Pte Ltd, Singapore, during this time.

More recently, in 2021, Langlete worked as a Business Development Manager - Digital Products & UX at Halogen, where they focused on the development of digital products and user experience.

Langlete's most recent role is as a Senior Product Manager - Industrial Analytics & Data Science at Arundo Analytics, starting in 2022.

Steffen Langlete's education history includes completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Energy, Trade & Finance at Cass Business School from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, Steffen attended Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School in Boston, USA, from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued an International Entrepreneurship Program. Steffen received a Bachelor's Degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2008 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, Steffen has obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in March 2023.
