Reshma Jeet

Reshma Jeet is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at Arup since January 2023, where the focus is on addressing complex challenges in the built environment. Prior to this role, Reshma held a similar position at Wilson since September 2016, leveraging integrated talent solutions for major global brands. Additional experience includes Talent Acquisition partnerships with CDW and Atlassian, enhancing candidate experiences and recruiting efforts across multiple countries. Early career roles involved leading talent acquisition at Kelly Services Canada, Dynamic Employment Solutions, Intransit Personnel, and Adecco Employment Services. Reshma holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Trinidad and Tobago, complemented by a program at Sheridan College.
