Chance Pettow

Chance Pettow has a diverse range of work experience. Chance began their career as a Summer Recreations Coach at New York Mills Public School, where they coached T-ball and recreational games for children in kindergarten through 6th grade. Chance also organized team practices, assigned team roles, and ensured a safe and positive environment for participants.

Chance then worked as a Cashier at Cenex Co-op, where they handled cash transactions. Following that, they gained experience as a Construction Laborer at Brian Pettow Construction and as a Landscaping Laborer at Specialized Landscaping and Outdoor Concepts.

Chance joined Sanford Health as a Human Resources Intern before progressing to roles as a Talent Acquisition Representative and Talent Advisor. In these positions, they specialized in talent acquisition and advised on hiring decisions.

Most recently, Chance joined Arvig as a Human Resources Professional, focusing on HR-related responsibilities.

Chance Pettow obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a Concentration in Organizational Leadership from Concordia College, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Hamline University from 2015 to 2016, earning another Bachelor's degree. Chance completed their high school education at New York Mills High School, graduating in 2015 with a High School Diploma.
