As the HR Specialist at Asana Recovery, Crystal stays busy preparing and updating employment records to maintain state compliance, explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees, and onboarding new hires into various HRIS platforms. She also works to address any employment related issues and oversees the entire hiring process, including coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing interviews.
