Poonam has extensive experience in corporate law, having held positions as Corporate Counsel at DocuSign and Counsel for Corporate Securities Mergers & Acquisitions at several divisions of HP, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Hewlett-Packard Co. Poonam Singh holds a degree from New York University School of Law and a Master of Arts in Religion in Contemporary Society from King's College London.
