Ryyan M. Bentley

Ryyan M. Bentley has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Asante since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ryyan held the position of Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS at Sky Lakes Medical Center from August 2023 to September 2025. Ryyan's background includes significant positions at Johnson & Johnson as Director of HR Operations and Systems, and Team Lead at Sandia National Laboratories, among others. Ryyan's earlier roles include leadership in various HR capacities at Omron Adept Technologies, RiskSense, Inc., and several other companies, showcasing a strong foundation in staffing, program management, and human resources strategy. Ryyan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from New Mexico Highlands University and a BS in Business Management from San José State University.
