Sean Smith

Sean Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic accounts and institutional sales within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts at ASAPP since May 2021, Sean has held similar director roles at Clinc, Inc., Snowflake, and Apptio, where Sean contributed to the development of Technology Business Management applications aimed at transforming IT operational effectiveness. Prior to these positions, Sean was the Director of Institutional Sales at Gartner, Inc., and held a role as an Associate at MFS Investment Management, where Sean focused on portfolio management and client relations. Sean began their career with internships at Merrill Lynch, gaining exposure to financial management and investment strategies. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Public Policy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
