Tom Knuckles

Tom Knuckles is a seasoned professional in solutions consulting, currently serving as Principal Solutions Consultant at Gladly since July 2019. Recognized as the first in this role, Tom has a proven track record in supporting complex business and technical use cases for major Enterprise brands. Prior to this, Tom was a Senior Solutions Consultant at Genesys, where significant achievements included generating over $15 million in revenue and being named Enterprise East "Solutions Consultant of the Year" in 2019. Tom began the career in various capacities, including administrative roles and customer service, and holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications, both from Ball State University.
