Antony Hall

Antony Hall is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as General Manager of HR Service Delivery and Technology at ASB Bank since January 2023, Antony focuses on strategic HR technology and analytics. Previously, as Head of People Transformation and Head of People Experience at Auckland Transport, Antony emphasized enhancing employee experiences and fostering a supportive work culture. Antony's tenure at Air New Zealand included roles such as Senior Manager in Employee Experience and Talent, where the focus was on creating an inclusive environment and innovative recruitment strategies. Additionally, Antony held significant positions at TVNZ, Telecom New Zealand, and Auckland Regional Council, demonstrating a strong commitment to talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategy.
