Dean A. Calloway

Dean A. Calloway has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Dean A. began their career as a partner at the law firm Jones Day in 1996, specializing in business and tort litigation as well as health care. In 2013, they joined the Asbury Automotive Group as Vice President - Associate General Counsel, where they provide legal advice and counsel in various areas such as general litigation, dispute resolution, manufacturer relations, consumer issues, employment matters, and employee benefits. In addition, they assist in board governance and preparing filings for the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to joining Asbury, they were also a partner at the law firm Balch & Bingham in 2013.

Dean A. Calloway earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991 from the University of Washington. Dean A. then pursued a Masters of Science in Policy Analysis from Carnegie Mellon University, completing their degree in 1993. In 1996, they obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
