Rupesh Choudhary

Rupesh Choudhary currently serves as a Trainee at ASC Group since April 2024. Prior experiences include internships at several legal practices, notably with Advocate Harpreet Singh Sandhu at the Supreme Court of India in February 2021, and legal internships at ADVOCATE RAJEEV SURANA & ASSOCIATES in Jaipur, Sumit Jain & Associates at the High Court of Delhi, Advocate Anwar Khan at the Rajasthan High Court, as well as multiple internships with Advocate Prashant Kumar Sharma and Awar Lawyers from 2016 to 2018. Rupesh Choudhary is pursuing a Post Graduate Insolvency Programme in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, expected to complete in June 2025, and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, along with a BBALLB from Symbiosis International University. Education includes a Senior Secondary degree from Subodh Public School.
