Mark Albertson

Mark joined ASC as Executive Manager Operations in April 2021, bringing significant experience in operational leadership, health and safety, cultural improvement and delivery in Australia and internationally.

Mark is responsible for the Operations, WHSE, Planning, Facilities and Security teams, including the Collins Class production workforces in South Australia and Western Australia.

Prior to joining ASC, Mark held senior leadership roles in various complex industries and operational environments. These included Global Director Asset Management, Newmont (mining); Executive General Manager Operations, CS Energy (power generation); General Manager, Callide Power Station (power generation); Operations Manager, Century Mine (mining) and Operations Manager, Rylson Consulting (asset management).

Mark commenced his career in aviation maintenance engineering with the Royal Australian Navy.
