Michael Cassidy has an extensive work experience in various roles related to culture, change, communications, and health and safety. Michael most recently served as the Head of Culture, Change & Communications at ASC Pty Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as a Non Executive Board Member at Eastern Region Domestic Violence Network Inc. Michael also held multiple roles at WesTrac Cat, including Change & Communications Manager, Communications Lead, and HSEQ Systems Business Partner. Before that, they worked at Ausco Modular in roles such as National Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Systems Manager, National IMS Manager, and OHSE/QA Advisor for the WA region.
Michael Cassidy began their education at Curtin University from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Safety, with a field of study in Health and Safety. In 2016, they attended Charles Sturt University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Communication, with a focus on Organisational Communication. In 2013, they also obtained a Prince 2 Practitioner certification from APMG International.
